We have incredibly exciting news about Natural Rearing Breeder Connection!
Through the generous support and mentorship of Dr. Freddy Tovar, NRBC has officially achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status—a true turning point in the Natural Rearing movement.
This milestone is so much more than recognition. It’s a signal that the work we’re doing matters, is growing, and is shaping the future of ethical, holistic breeding.
What this means for the future of Natural Rearing:
· We now have the legal and financial foundation to scale our mission.
· This designation allows us to pursue grants, partnerships, and donor support that will accelerate breeder education and public awareness.
· We can build programs that were previously out of reach.
· Expanded breeder training, research initiatives, public education campaigns, and stronger support systems for those transitioning to Natural Rearing are now within reach.
· Our standards and breeder directory gain national credibility.
· Being a federally recognized nonprofit reinforces the seriousness and professionalism behind our vetting process and Code of Ethics.
· We are positioned to influence the future of animal wellness.
· This status strengthens our ability to advocate for natural immunity, species‑appropriate nutrition, and holistic care—supported by a respected organizational structure.
